Simon Nicholson is an Associate Professor in the School of International Service at American University, Washington DC. His research and teaching focus on global environmental governance, the intersections of technology and the environment, and carbon removal and solar radiation management responses to climate change.
Simon is Director of American University’s cross-campus Center on Environment, Community, and Equity. He is also co-Director of the Institute for Carbon Removal Law and Policy and Director of the Forum for Climate Engineering Assessment.
